PULSE.SXP

Pulse.sxp is an SXP similiar to vary.sxp. It is almost
identical to vary.sxp except that it loops. We mainly
use it to create flashing lights. Basically the SXP
just pulses between 2 colors.

The buttons Color 1 and Color 2 define the colors that
will be pulsed.

Field Color 1 Length is how long color 1 will last in frames.

Field Color 2 Length is how long color 2 will last in frames.

Field Transition Length is how many frames that will transition
between color 1 and color 2.

The Phase Shift field shifts the pulse by X frames. That is if you
use a value of 3 the pulse start is shifted 3 frames.
