The is just an expansion of the original UVW Unwrap modifier to make it more useful for higher poly count models. It adds a NU scale option which is accessed as a fly out on the scale button. It also allows you to scale and rotate around the cursor, to do this hold the CRTL and ALT keys when scaling or rotating and the operation will work around the cursor. There are also several new check boxes and fileds at the bottom which control falloff. They are as follows
Magnet - this check box turns on and off the fall off. When on the every operation affects vertices based on the distance from the selection set. The distance of the effect is determined by the Str field.
UVW Dist - Normally the distance of the effect is determined by the distance from the objects vertices. If you check this the distances are based on the texture verts.
Linear - Normally the falloff is sinual and forms a smooth curve. Turn this option on to get a linear falloff
Str - is the distance that the falloff is based on.
Sometimes the magnet funtion does not automatically update, to get around this just scrub the Str spinner which fill force an update.
The rotating/scaling around a the cursor is a little off.
When using the UVW Dist check the Str should be reduced between 0.0 and 1.0 since this the range of normal texture verts.
Use UVW Dist for normal operations and turn it off when you want to extract vertices that overlay themselves.
1.2 Fixes a crash when you applied it to a selections set.
1.1 Fixes a crash bug that happens when no mapping coordinates are assigned.
